Zlock & Coverdale Attorneys Scholarship for Individuals with Disabilities $1000.00

Open to students registered with BCCC's disAbility Services Office

Applicants must meet the following requirements at the time of application: Registered with BCCC's disAbility Services Office. Enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credits majoring in a program of study in one of the College's academic departments. Intend to re-enroll at BCCC in a minimum of six (6) credits in the spring semester after the award is made in the fall.

  • Preference is given to students who are past or present clients of Zlock & Coverdale, P.C.

Amanda Sancataldo Scholarship for Students with Disabilities Amount varies

Open to female students served by disAbility Services

This scholarship provides assistive technology to female students who have a disability, distinguished themselves by their commitment to education, and receive services from BCCC’s disABILITY Services Office. Applicants must have a need for some type of assistive/adaptive technology.

Deborah E. Dougherty Memorial Scholarship Endowment minimum $250.00

Open to BCCC students who use/receive services from the College's disABILITY Services office

Applicants must meet the following requirements at the time of application: Use/receive services from BCCC’s disAbility Services office. Possess a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0. Major in a program in one of the College’s six academic departments. Preference is given to non-traditional applicants who are returning students.

  • A letter of recommendation is required in order to apply for this scholarship

Neuber Endowment for the Advancement of Physically Disabled Bucks County Residents $225.00

Open to BCCC students with a physical or learning disability

This scholarship is awarded to a current BCCC student who is physically disabled, has become permanently disabled as the direct result of domestic violence, and/or has a learning disability. Preference in the selection process is given to applicants who have a physical disability.

Applicants must meet the following requirements at the time of application: Possess a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5, and major in a program in one of the College’s six academic departments. Preference is give to applicants who major in either business studies or social services. Preference is given to applicants who demonstarte financial need as determined by BCCC's Financial Aid office, and who reside in Bucks County.

Note: Previous recipients of this award may not reapply.

  • The Director for the Office of Disability Services may require appropriate documentation of disability to verify scholarship criteria.

Ruth H. Goldsmith Scholarship minimum $1,000.00

Open to BCCC students who have low vision or are legally blind

Applicants must meet the following requirements at the time of application: Enrolled in a minimum of three (3) credits and majoring in a program in one of the College's six academic departments. Must have low vision, or be legally blind, and reside in Bucks County. Possess a minimum cumulative grade point avergae of 2.0 unless applying as a first semester student.
